BEETROOT HALWA

Ingredients


Grated beetroot 2 cups

Sugar 1.5 cup

Ghee 3 tbsp

Cardamon powder 1 tbsp

Cashewnut 1o


Preparation

1. Pressure cook beetroot without whistle for about 15 mts.

2. Heat another pan, add ghee, cooked beetroot, sugar and water. Mix well.

3. Stir well till water completely evaporates.

4. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

5. Turn off the heat.

6. Garnish with cashew nuts.
