BANANA DOSA


Ingredients


Ripe banana 2

Maida 2 tbsp

Rice flour 1/4 cup

Cashew nut 10

Raisin 10

Sugar 3 tbsp

Ghee

Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp


Preparation


1. Grind banana into a paste.

2. Add maida, rice flour, broken cashew nuts, raisins, cardamom powder and sugar. Mix like a dosa dough.

3. Heat a thava pour one spoon of dough and add ghee.

4. Turn it and take it when both sides are cooked.
