DRUMSTICK FRY

Ingredients

Drumstick 3

Chilli powder 2 tbsp

Mustard seeds 1 tbsp

Curry leaves

Salt to taste

Oil 3 tbsp


Preparation


1. Heat a pan, add drumstick, salt and little water and cook.

2. Once drumsticks are cooked, turn off the heat.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, after it crackle, add curry leaves, drumsticks and chilli powder. Fry well.

4. Serve it with rice.
