RAVA LADDU

Ingredients

Sooji (rava) 1 cup

Sugar 3/4 cup

Ghee 3 tbsp

Grated coconut 1/4 cup

Milk 1/4 tbsp

Cashew nuts 10

Raisins 10

Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp


Preparation

1. Heat a pan, pour ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins in medium flame.

2. To the fried nuts, add coconut and mix well.

3. After 2 mts add sooji and fry for about 10 mts (Fry till you get nice roasted sooji smell)

4. At this time add sugar and mix well.

5. Add milk slowly and mix well.

6. Turn off the heat and add cardamom powder.

7. Make small balls.

NOTE: If you didnt get small balls, sprinkle some milk on it and make rava laddu.
