EGG ROAST

Ingredients

Boiled eggs 3

Onion 1

Tomato 1

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Green chilli 2

Red chilli powder 2 tbsp

Garam masala powder 1 tbsp

Cloves 2

Cinnamon 1/2 stick

Coriander leaves

Salt to taste

Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation

1. Heat a pan, add oil, cloves, cinnamon, chopped onion, green chillies, salt and ginger garlic paste.

2. Fry well and then add chopped tomatoes and fry.

3. Add red chilli powder, masala powder and coriander leaves.

4. Make small cuts in eggs.

5. Finally add these eggs into the tomato mixture and turn off the heat.

6. Serve it with rice.
