OKRA / LADYSFINGER / VENDAKAI YOGURT PACHADI

Ingredients
Ladysfinger 10
Coconut 1/2 cup
Green chilli 2
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves 5 leaves
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation
1. Cut okra into small pieces.
2. Grind coconut, cumin seeds and green chilli finely.
3. Heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, after it crackle, add curry leaves and ladysfinger and fry well.
4. Add grinded coconut and salt. Mix well.
5. Add yogurt just before serving.
