CARROT CURRY


Ingredients



Carrot 2


Green chillies 2


Coconut 5 spoons


Urad dal 1 tsp


Mustard seeds 1 tsp


Curry leaves 5 leaves


Salt to taste


Oil 3 tsp




Preparation




1.To a pan add oil then add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillies. Fry well.


2.Now add shredded carrot and salt. Cook well.


3.Finally add coconut and mix well.


4.Serve it with rice.
